Well it finally happened. No one answered correctly. So half a point for Bastiatarian due to his coming the closest. For decades the prevailing theory was that the first migration came from Asia through the Bering Strait. I recent year strong evidence has shown that there were two earlier migrations.

Which one was first is still being debated, but clear evidence has shown that there was and earlier migration from Europe to America. Evidence has also shown an earlier migration of Australian Aborigines from Australia to South America.
